72 Hour Websites ("we", "us") builds and hosts websites for small businesses. This policy explains, in plain English, what data we collect, why, and how to reach us about it. The short version: we collect what we need to build and host your site, we do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising trackers.
1. What we collect
From customers
- The details you send us to build your site: business name, contact info, the content, images, and preferences you provide.
- Communications with us (email and chat).
- Payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
From visitors to this site
- Standard server logs (IP, browser type, pages visited) kept by our host.
- Cookieless traffic analytics, only if you opt in via the cookie banner.
- Anything you submit through our contact links (which open your email app).
2. Why we collect it
- To build, deliver, host, and support your website.
- To respond to your questions and manage your account.
- To keep the service secure and working, and to comply with the law.
3. Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the site, under their own terms:
- Vercel — website hosting.
- ClickRank — an on-page SEO tool loaded on our pages.
- Dialora — the optional chat/assistant widget.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. How long we keep it
Project and account information is kept while your site is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support and legal reasons, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these, email dominiiking@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We keep cookies minimal and optional analytics does not load until you opt in. Manage your choice any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
7. Children
This is a business service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
