1. The service
We design and deliver a small-business website, typically within about 72 hours of receiving what we need from you, for a one-time build fee (from $95) plus hosting. Included features (such as SSL, hosting, and self-editing) are described on the site and may change over time.
2. What we need from you
You provide accurate business information and the content and permissions needed to build your site, and you confirm you have the rights to any material you send us.
3. Payment
Build fees and any recurring hosting are due as described at the time of order. Fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by law or as we agree in writing.
4. Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of the content you provide. Once your build is paid for, the resulting site is yours to use. Our underlying templates, code libraries, and tools remain ours.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse the site or its infrastructure.
6. Disclaimers
The service and site are provided "as is." We work hard to deliver quality and uptime, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the build in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
